Sign up to exhibit at National Conference and reach the future of family medicine! It is THE place to meet face-to-face with over 1,500 med students and 1,300 family medicine residents.
If you're new to National Conference or have not exhibited for five or more years, please use the Exhibitor Eligibility link below and fill out the form before reserving a booth.

10' x 10' Booth - $1,800
Note: No more than two residency programs may share one 10' x 10' booth.
Your booth includes
- Pipe and drape
- 1 draped table (8’ x 30”)
- Booth carpet
- 2 side chairs
- 1 waste basket
- Booth ID sign
- 1 lead retrieval
- Pre- and post-show registration mailing lists
- Up to 6 exhibit badges and National Conference T-shirts (NEW for 2024!)
- Listing in the conference marketing collateral, mobile app, and website
June 1, 2024 - Full payment is due.
You have two options to pay:
1. Through the Exhibitor Login
2. By check (make payable to AAFP) and send to:

The AAFP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All past due balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application for 2024.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your exhibit space may be released and any partial payment will be retained by the AAFP.

Please note that we are aware of companies trying to solicit rooms and attendee registration list via phone calls and email. AAFP will not call you regarding hotel rooms and the official block can only be accessed on our conference website. The AAFP will be sending the attendee pre-registration mailing list in July. Any company trying to sell you a list of attendees is not affiliated with the AAFP and should be ignored.
