Description
1. Annual 3 week rotation with the program director to Togo in West Africa. Work in an established mission hospital doing inpatient pediatrics and medicine, obstetrics, and outpatient medicine. The goal is to obtain proficiency in tropical diseases including malaria and typhoid. 2. Alternatively, residents can do 1-3 week rotations in partnership with Rocky Vista University's global health track. Our residents have the opportunity to go to Kenya and various places in Central and South America.
