How to Receive Your Gift
All you need to do is join the AAFP and pay your dues by December 20, 2021. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Fill out the member application.
- Pay online or call the Member Resource Center at (800) 274-2237. (For payment, you can either pay in full or set up monthly installments.)
- After you pay, simply watch for an email around December 22 with details to claim your FMX On Demand*.
*The FMX On Demand gift, which is an online library of sessions from FMX 2020, is for non-member family physicians who are eligible to join the AAFP from November 8, 2021, through 11:59 p.m. CT, December 20, 2021. Non-member family physicians who join and pay by the December deadline and are approved for Active membership will receive an email from AAFP by December 31, 2021, so they can access the gift. Access to the gift is available until October 12, 2022. Active membership requirements are available online. Only non-members are eligible for this offer and the offer is non-transferrable.
