• Create an orientation checklist to integrate a new colleague

    When you incorporate new physicians into your practice, there’s a lot to teach them and some things can easily be forgotten. But too many oversights will cut into efficiency and keep your new colleagues from being as helpful as they could be early on. 

    To smooth the transition, it helps to put together an orientation checklist. Use this sample checklist, or create your own that’s adapted to your practice’s unique needs.
