May 29, 2026

The Medicare Quality Payment Program’s (QPP) 2024 Doctors and Clinicians Preview Period is open from May 13 to June 11, 2026. The preview period allows you to check the 2024 performance information that will be included on your profile page on the Medicare.gov Compare Tool and in the Provider Data Catalog.

The Compare Tool is a public resource for patients and their caregivers to compare clinicians, other providers, and facilities. Profile pages include locations, affiliations, and performance information based on a subset of measures from your Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) or accountable care organization (ACO) participation. (Note: ACO participants will not have information available to preview. ACO information is instead available in the 2024 Quality Performance Reports or MIPS Performance Feedback.)

How to check your info

You can check whether you have performance information available to preview by using your HARP account (QPP Access User Guide) to log in to the QPP website. Once logged in, select “Doctors & Clinicians Preview” from the side navigation. You can also email the QPP Service Center to ask if you have performance information to review. Include your national provider identifier and your name or group’s legal business name.

Additional resources and deadlines

Additional information and resources are available on the Doctors and Clinicians Initiative webpage or CY 2024 Doctors and Clinicians Preview Period.

Here are some other important dates for Medicare payment programs.
