American Family Physician (AFP) is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal of the American Academy of Family Physicians. AFP provides high-quality continuing medical education for more than 190,000 family physicians and other primary care clinicians. AFP articles contain original, evidence-based content designed to help family physicians care for their patients. Most of AFP's past issues are open to all; however, access to the most recent 24 months of content is restricted to AAFP members and paid subscribers.
