AAFP Credit System
The AAFP Credit System was the first national CME accreditor for physicians in the United States. Today, it is the only accreditor focused solely on the needs of family physicians.
The AAFP Credit System reviews CME activity credit applications, on a per activity basis, and awards either AAFP Prescribed or Elective credit to activities that comply with our eligibility requirements. On average, the AAFP Credit System reviews and awards credit for over 900 CME provider customers, whose activities and sessions total more than 16,000 per year.
