Events FAQ

The number of events we hold may change every year as we introduce events and remove others based off physician feedback. Some events, like FMX and FUTURE, are held every year.

In addition to our in-person events and conferences, we also hold online livestream events. Many of these events are CME conferences. Check out our livestream events for more information.

The AAFP continuously monitors public health conditions and will share any safety updates that affect your event.

We encourage all attendees who can to be current on their COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. If you’re not feeling well, we ask that you please do not travel to the meeting or event. If you develop symptoms during the meeting, limit your contact with others.

For hotel-specific health and safety protocols, check your hotel’s website or contact them directly.

International attendees should review the latest U.S. entry requirements on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website before traveling.
