The Chief Resident Leadership Development Program (CRLDP) is the only national family medicine chief resident program in the country. This program offers an interactive experience that provides chief residents with targeted education to become strong, competent leaders.
The program begins in May with an in-person meeting in Kansas City and concludes with a fall workshop at the AAFP’s Family Medicine Experience (FMX).

For more than 30 years, CRLDP has helped chief residents succeed at this crucial point in their professional journey. This event ensures your chief residents have a solid foundation to help lead their residency program and strengthen their roles as future leaders in family medicine.
