The Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) is a development opportunity for chapter-elected leaders, aspiring leaders and chapter staff. ACLF draws more than 200 attendees each year with sessions for physician leaders and chapter staff on leadership development, policy advocacy, board governance, communications, diversity, equity and inclusion in family medicine, and membership.
Who can participate?
ACLF is a great orientation for emerging leaders who serve, or who are interested in serving, on chapter boards, as well as continuing development for established leaders and chapter staff. Chapter staff and chapter leaders can participate in engaging sessions on member engagement, policy advocacy, communications and much more!
What can I expect from ACLF?
ACLF is two full days of sessions on a range of topics. You’re encouraged to make connections and share ideas, learn new strategies and techniques, and engage in important dialogue on issues that matter to you.
