AAFP
The AAFP offers scholarships to two students and two residents. Recipients receive reimbursement for travel to and from Washington, DC, hotel accommodations, and registration fees. Interested candidates can apply using the application form.

STFM
The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM) awards five scholarships annually to new faculty attending FMAS. Each scholarship covers registration, travel, hotel accommodations, and meals not provided by the conference, up to $1,500. Applicants must be STFM members and meet all eligibility requirements.

AFMRD
The Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors (AFMRD) provides scholarships for 20 residents, AFMRD members, and NIPDD fellows. Each scholarship reimburses up to $2,500 for approved FMAS travel, lodging, meals, and registration expenses.

The AAFP has reviewed Family Medicine Advocacy Summit and deemed it acceptable for up to 5.25 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 06/15/2026 to 06/15/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The AAFP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Academy of Family Physicians designates this Live activity for a maximum of 5,25 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
CME activities approved for AAFP credit are recognized by the AOA as equivalent to AOA Category 2 credit.
