Evaluate the prevalence of cost concerns and/or medication cost-related non-adherence among their patient populations.
Incorporate a team-based approach to addressing cost of medications, including screening and referral.
Adopt strategies to reduce medication costs available to patients in their geographic locations (which vary by state).

This course is constructed in three stages. In the first stage, you will watch a webcast covering cost of medicine solution basics, download a patient survey and data comparison tool, and collect baseline data from your own practice. In the second stage, you will participate in another webinar covering how to interpret and act on your data. And in the third stage, you will continue to engage in online learning, collect follow-up data and complete your evaluation.
