  2. Identify the five ecosystems of health care that impact career satisfaction and physician well-being and connect to improved patient outcomes.

  3. Determine personal areas of need to address chronic stressors within practice.

  4. Develop a personal action plan to improve, promote and/or maintain a positive state of well-being.

  5. Develop a leadership plan that seeks to improve patient outcomes through improved organization or group level systems.
