Participate and shape how processes and performance are improved

Learn more about quality and performance improvement programs from the AAFP to help improve your practice's systems and outcomes or improve the way you and staff carry out specific tasks and activities.

We partner with other organizations and businesses to offer cohort opportunities exclusively to our members. Joining a cohort means you have the opportunity to impact how recommendations are made to family physicians looking to improve change in practice outcomes (quality improvement) or changes in practice behaviors, workflows and processes (practice improvement).
