This web page will have the most up-to-date documents. Refer to this web page for each course that you sponsor and refrain from using documents from past courses. Using only the most updated documents ensures AAFP’s compliance with their accrediting organizations.
In the event of an audit, sponsors are to keep all completed course documents on file for two years after the live course date. Do not email any documents to the AAFP unless requested. Only *nurse forms are to be uploaded to the course dashboard.
Only learners should access the online ALSO course—10th edition.
Approved instructors access the online instructor renewal course—10th edition and non-approved instructors may purchase the 10th edition manuals in digital download from the online product order page. Instructors should review the new curriculum prior to their next live course appointment.
Administrative materials
Nurse roster and nurse-instructed workstation sheets are the only documents to be uploaded to the dashboard. In the event of an audit, sponsors must keep all documents listed in this section for two years. Please do not submit them to the AAFP.

Please do not forward this course materials web page link to instructors—they do not have access. Sponsors must distribute the teaching materials to instructors.Teaching materials are divided by chapter with corresponding materials, including supporting documents that should be used at each workstation. Please note that each learner has already viewed the lectures in the online course and has the option to access and print the slide sets for each topic, at their discretion.
